Our dock will comfortably accommodate yachts up to 70 feet with a seven foot drafts. We also have two dock power supply boxes each with a 30 and 50 AMP receptacle. The daily flat rate for dock electrical usage is $20 per day, for either 30 or 50 AMP, for boats up to 40'. Fresh water at the dock is not available for hook-up or purchase. Please notify us in advance of plans to bring a boat requiring power to the dock.

Additional persons in any cottages: $50 per night. Children 12 years and under, no charge. Pets possibly allowed (Bahamian permit required). The 12% Bahamian V.A.T. Tax is not included in the above rates and will be added to the net invoice. The rates listed above do INCLUDE a standard 15% local onsite staff fee.
NOTE: Linton's Cottage rental includes on-premise 2-person staff - providing daily cottage housekeeping as well as assistance with cart rental, outings, ferry pickup/dropoff, cabs, dinner reservations, etc. We are one of the few non-resort cottage rentals that offer on-site staff, daily housekeeping as well as provide paper products, towels, beach towels, well equipped kitchen with an array cooking spices and many other ammenities. On-site laundry is also available for a nominal fee.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation booking. Balance due by the first of the month prior to the arrival month. Deposit is refundable (less $100 handling fee) if cancellation is received in writing four weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, refunds only upon re-booking a comparable stay.
Other: Laundry, child care, cooking, shopping services, boat and golf cart rentals, plus fishing and diving guides are available for additional cost.
