Linton’s Cottages are located on a 22-acre private tract of undeveloped land stretching from the beach on sparkling Long Bay on the Atlantic side to the scenic Black Sound harbour, a short walk inland down a private path. Surrounded by dense vegetation, sea grape, palm trees and pines, the cottages offer complete privacy in peaceful, natural surroundings. All three charming cottages are uniquely designed and maintained for quintessential, casual island life.

Seagrape Beach Cottage
Seagrape, quietly positioned on the crest of the coastal dune, and partially shaded by a spectacular stand of 70-foot pine trees, offers a fabulous oceanside retreat.

Palmetto – located just on the back side of the coastal dune – offers private access to the ocean and stunning views from its own beachside patio.

The Harbour Cottage, prominently located on a coral outcropping known as “Flat Rock” is ideally situated on Black Sound. Perfect for the boater or angler.
