Relaxation on Black Sound - Your Own Private Oasis.

An outdoor deck expands the living space with a large, glass-topped table for six, two comfortable rocking chairs, a relaxing hammock swing chair and a panoramic view of Black Sound. A spacious, covered gazebo – the “Conch Out Lounge” – is located a few steps away.

A five-minute walk across the property on a lush canopied footpath leads you to the glorious 3,500-foot expanse of Atlantic Ocean beach at Long Bay.

The close proximity to Linton’s well-lit, deep-water dock makes the Harbour Cottage the ideal choice for anglers – or visiting boaters who would like a night or ten on land, yet want to be close to their vessel. The dock also features full electrical service and a fish cleaning station with saltwater wash down.
